Getting out of phone contracts early...

So phone them and say you are contacting OFCOM regarding the performance of the handset and the network services you signed up to.

Request that they cancel your contract as the goods and servies (handset and messaging etc.) have not been supplied in line with the act above and you are therefore within your statutory rights as a consumer to demand a cancellation and refund (if applicable).

Just playing around with it now... If I re-edit the pictures im trying to send then they go through ok. Still cant send videos though :(

I asked about cancelling the contact and they said I would have to pay all the line rental up until July 2006! (when I upgraded).

You sure I can spin that line Jamster??

If it's NEVER worked or performed in line with the features offered then you are within your rights as they have failed to provide the service or product you agreed to buy.
