Well according to the machines I`m burning about 450 cals in my 45 min morning session and about 200 cals in the afternoon session after my weights. So that`s 650 cals a day so about 3900 cals a week just from cardio.
I only do cardio when I`m dieting so my body generally responds well to it as it`s new.
