I was really worried about it being horribly humid when I was there last time but I actually found it less sweaty than in many clubs over here as all the clubs tend to have good air conditioning.

Although I would advise taking a fan if you can be bothered-plus it will make you loads of friends!
 
Its strange but I dont really sweat much when I'm out clubbing in Glasgow or even in Ibiza and I do dance alot. Think it must be the alcohol holding onto all the moisture in my body! Maybe if I took drugs it would be different. I've not been to the sub club in years. The last time I was there was for under 18s!!! I suppose cos its quite small it gets very hot.
 
It can do. There ARE a few spots where the air conditioning is quite good. I went the first Saturday it reopened and the air conditioning wasn’t working. it was sooooooo hot in there that night, I honestly thought I was going to pass out.
 
i usually straighten my hair before i go out - even in ibiza, but always make sure i have a hair band round my wrist so i can scrape my hair back and tie it up later when it starts to get messy.

don't usually wear much make up, just some mascara and lip gloss and that does me.

don't understand these girls that go out with handbags full of beauty products - they end up spending half the night in the toilets re-doing their make-up instead of dancin!!!

i don't bother with a bag or anything - get my boyfriend to put my lip gloss in his pocket for me ;)
 
I do that too prog babe, my boyf has all this sh*t in his pockets belonging to me. Hes very good though, didn't complain too much when I made him take my pink comb into Coloursfest. Hee hee!

Yeah, was really good, took me a few days to recover. I went with macdonsj - you'll know him from the colours board. He has got me into Steve Lawler. I don't go to Colours v much but every-so-often an event comes up that I fancy going to.

Don't be embarrassed prog_babe! Was a great night, have loads of respect for those girls - they can sing, write their own songs and don't look like they have eating disorders. They're class.
 
was actually really surprised at the crowd that was there - i imagined loads of screaming wee girls with banners and stuff but it was actually really cool.

On a slightly different theme, a couple of years ago I bought this great little wrist purse thingy at one of those market stalls in San Antonio. It was black with a little zip and it fastened on your wrist with studs. Ideal for a little lipgloss and a few coins (HE is usually in charge of the money lol!). Anyway, I lost it on a drunken night out in Manchester and have never found a replacement. Any ideas?
 
I think you can normally get purses like that in shops like Accessorize and Claire’s Accessories etc
 
I used to have 3 (various flouresent shades :eek: ) and I pinched them from Discovery Zone - a kids play centre where I used to work. I don't know where we brought them in from but my guess is you could maybe toy shops?
