Films....

How can you be so harsh?

Piss off, its a well good film :D

Saying that tho, i did mention Russell Brand is in it and plays a superb role, i reckon that swayed him towards agreeing to watch it, even tho, secretly deep down i think he always wanted to watch it from the off

Sounds like a lovely film.

What is this, the 70's?! Absolute joke.

I'd image the film is a) vile
b) in bad taste
c) poorly acted
d) poorly scripted
e) non-existant budget

But it's the 21st. Century FFS! People should be allowed to make their own decisions on what they watch. Not like any of the mainstream cinema complex will be showing it / high street stores stocking the DVD anyway.

All this will do is increase the notoriety of the film, and make people look for it through alternative channels. It'll prob become a cult classic as a result. Ridiculous.

Are you serious? Russell Brand? The man is a criminal waste of skin. Have you ever noticed how you never see russell brand and nigella lawson at the same time?

Do you mean al pacino sir? I think shaun penn was fantastic in that movie and i really like the pachanga character, ( Luis Guzman)

yes Pacino I had DeNiro on my mind. Yes I kept looking at the lawyer going I know that guy then I said Penn. I could not tell who it was at first.

Just watched the extended version of Leon, a film I hadn't seen for years. Glorious over-acting from Gary Oldman and a remarkable performance from Natalie Portman make for an unorthodox but none-the-less enthralling action thriller. Straight back onto my 'must watch' list for recommending to anybody to watch.

^^ Without doubt an awesome film! Def in my Top 10 favs. Luc Besson is a genius! Well, at least he made this film when he was churning out quality films (as opposed to his hit-and-miss attempts in recent memory!)

Loved Gary Oldman in this role.

Great performances all round.

Actually I think its the combination of the acting and cinematography that makes Leon what is it, as there are actually quite a few anomalies with the story.
