Favourite scary film

Saw that the other day too, its a bit pointless isnt it.. i mean there isnt much of a story behind it

The most horrifying film ive seen is a french film called Irreversible

As a kid, Nightmare on Elm Street always got to me

If they made a film of Trade on Sunday morning do you think it would be top of your list of horrifying films

Not really a film I know, but there's one episode of Twin Peaks that I find very dark and disturbing...they're in the dark lodge and it's reeeeeally horrible and twisted.

Bob Bad is the scariest thing I've ever set eyes on. :?

I love Twin Peaks. Completely original, and David Lynch is a genius.

That is definitely a horrifying film... really tough to watch (even with Monica Belucci!). Still, not sure I'd call it "scary"...

 @ people who found Twin Peeks scary

EEEEEEEEKKKK!! 8O

The original Night of the Living Dead (although it looks a bit dated now it was groundbreaking for it's time and I still wouldn't want to sit in a house on my own at night and watch it).
Dawn of the Dead (can you tell I'm a George A. Romero fan?)
Most of Dario Argento's movies.

The other night on Channel 4 they had a Chinese ghost story that was the best horror film I've seen in years
It was about a girl from Hong Kong who had been blind since she was 2 and was given the corneas of a girl who could predict disasters before they happened. She starts seeing ghosts and some of them are really creepy (for instance an old guy with half his head stoved in). It was subtitled but very creepy and unnerving nonetheless.

This Film has been remade in English and is called The Eye http://www.channel4.com/film/reviews/film.jsp?id=103242 I think it's coming out next year. The original was on the other night I think, or perhaps tonight :? It's on at 12.45am though so I'll be in bed
