I've come through the weeping, the jolts, the nightmares and the fuzzy headedness and starting to feel human again - just! Still incredibly depressed not to still be there though..

Jolts Now I know what they are, i'd never had them before, but the last 2 nights just as i've been dosing, BANG jolt right thru my body

Thank god it's not just me with the body jolts.....Anybody know why the freaky dreams are always about being trapped in bed and not being able to move?

Mr Scoobie fell asleep on the plane and was entertaining us all with his huge spasms every minute or so.

Yep 5-htp gives you uber freaky dreams One or two a day is enough really...not before bed though, one morning, one lunchtime.

We bought some last week and i cant find them , cue me at around 5am Saturday morning hunting for them, really frustrated because i know there in there somewhere
