Review will be up shortly too. Guess it'll be similar to the others.
Amazing, amazing, amazing..

Met a few new spotlighters (Peppermint, sorry it was as I was getting on a taxi leaving El Ayoun!!).
Disapointed I happened to completely miss out on others, sorry about that. I guess things never go to plan, specially when youre swept away with everything.

God I feel depressed.

Know what you mean mate, got the Ibiza flu  The Villa was amazing huh !! Very surreal.

I was hoping to meet a few, but only managed Buckley and Mark Sun (very briefly). Still there will be future occasions ;)

Great to meet you Liam, sorry I was in such a rush... but as you say there'll be other opportunities!

I've come through the weeping, the jolts, the nightmares and the fuzzy headedness and starting to feel human again - just! Still incredibly depressed not to still be there though..

Great weekend!

I'm still feeling a bit dazed and confused.

we definately made the most of our time there- very little sleep was had!

:P

Ditto.

I feel absolutely terrible.....just one more for medicinal purposes seemed such a good idea on the night... I'm being punished for it now. I have the feeling of someone continually driving a steamroller over me.

Still, it was an amazing time and really enriched by being there with so many great people.Great to see everyone from here some i knew before and some for the first time :D

Like others full review to come later... 8)

I woke up in the middle of a nightmare/panic attack believing my 2 dogs were on my bed stangling me with a towel  They were pulling either side growling and the towel was getting tighter round my neck :!: :!: of course I then came round and found myself lying on the bed with no dogs or towel  :?:

They're horrible those things aren't they, it's that sleep paralysis thing where you mind is still awake but your body is asleep. They used to really freak me out but now I've just come to accept them as part of the course after a heavy wkend 8O

Yeah i quite like it now, it's kinda fun as it seems so real

It's even better if you do too much 5-HTP, then your dreams end up like something out of Fear and loathing in Las Vegas but seem ten times as real 8)

  Too funny...my wife does the same thing.

Yep 5-htp gives you uber freaky dreams  One or two a day is enough really...not before bed though, one morning, one lunchtime.

Depends on the dosage... :? I usually take about 3 100mg capsules per day. I think 100mg is the average dosage. I've gotten 300mg before by mistake. :?

Eating lots of turkey also helps. It contains tryptophan which is a basic building block of serotonin. I usually eat turkey 3-4 times a week before... 8O

Vitamin C too! Before, during, and after...always a good idea.
