As to why there was no music on the terrace for a while I don't know for sure, but from what I heard it wasn't busy till later in the day so maybe that's why the delayed it. Circo Loco use an anarcho-syndicalist model of organisation, which the emphasis on the "anarcho" bit.

When I find out anything I'll tell ya.
