sorry not as excitin as it sounds! but i did a workout on tues (jus at home but v tough!) but my muscles are still hurtin. now im used to this as did kickboxin for a while and was normal that u felt it the day after. however am still achin now and in a different way.
backs of my calfs hurt wen i walk. is this normal as in the way i just was usin muscles i wouldn't normally use? or mite i hav pulled somat by over doin it abit? what i want to know is mainly, should i leave the exercise today or go for the burn in hope my body will get used to the pain?!!!! concerned an unfit!
