Exchange rate

Had a Revolut card last year, but it wasn't much use because of the limited cash withdrawals, and just heard recently their rates at the weekend have a surcharge. Have got a Monzo card for this year, rates almost as good, probably better at weekends, and not the same limit on the amount of cash you can take out. Seems like a winner for getting the best rates at ATM's this year. Anyone know of any catches with Monzo?

Haven't used my Revolut in a while. Just checked and there's a €200 ATM limit per month on Revolut now, then they charge a fee thereafter. Seems to be £250 per day at 0% with Monzo. Nice. Cant see there being much difference in rates. 24,000 people currently waiting for cards according to the app so probably wont get one in time before we head off but defo seems good.

I bought shares in Monzo - apparently I was supposed to be able to get a card automatically or something but lost the plot when it came to following up and can't find any of the emails o_O.

I got mine in just over a week and was 35,000 in ahead of me when I applied. Obviously not the number they are saying. If you've got 7-10 days before you go, you'll be ok.
