European Festivals

After 909 last year, I went to Loveland this year, in Amsterdam. Now that was fun! Just like 909 a great up-for-it-crowd between 25 and 60, no cellphones or LED walls, and perfect organisation from the team, including fast travel to and from the festival. What a nice site, next to a lake. And fun lineup on six stages. You can sleep in all the hotels Amsterdam has to offer, it is right there in the city. Highly recommended!

For all Sven aficionados on the forum: He played his established festival favourites, now including THREE Raxon tracks in two hours :D That unreleased sunglassas at night remix is bomb!! Also remember La Esperanza, new Patrice Bäumel Nat and no Atlas or It's my life ;)

I was at loveland, my third year going to this festival. I absolutely love it!

Its just amazing and the crowd wow! So nice to dance with an older crowd.

The park is quite big so sometimes a bit of a mission walking between the stages.

I dont like partying in the day will only do that for loveland lol cudnt wait for it to get dark and then it did at 10pm and it closed at 11pm, one hour of dark ugh ha

Best sets were arbat, sven vath, joris voorn and kevin vries,

On the sunday i missed loads of djs i wanted to see, jeff mills, enrico sang..., shizam, kevin saunderson,

Overall amazing time at Loveland
 
Oh Jeff Mills was terrible, you didn't miss out there. Don't know what was wrong here, he didn't get one transition right that day. Not just the occasional glitch. Every time. I am not exaggerating, it got me actually worried. I mean it is Jeff Mills we are talking here. Lots of insta comments on that as well. And worst of all he didn't seem to be perplexed or worried about it, just carried on trainwrecking without a care in the world :D

You DID miss out on Sangiuliano, he was pure power. He is my guilty pleasure business techno DJ :)

Yes gutted about missing sang seen him last year at loveland and he was incredible! Wont miss him next year if he plays!


Is it Loveland 2026 yet! 🤣

I was there. Sven played the run DMC raxon edit, and then Maceo Plex played it later (he also played it at DC10 the prior monday)

And I heard that Sunglasses at night raxon remix by sven too, and then Digweed played it to close off the night

What was the other raxon track you're referring to?
