Okay, I need to plan for this weekend’s Irish themed night. Other than Guinness, any good ideas? Remember we’re vegetarian but can stretch to a fish supper on occasions.

Boxty and colcannon are both vegetarian, though often eaten with meat. Google for recipes.

Colcannon soup is quite nice, especially with some homemade soda bread.
