Drugs

Very sad to hear and of course will bring a huge amount of problems for the venue in question now. It always amazes me how clubs get punished for drugs problems, yet they can’t even fix it in places like Prisons so what do they expect them to do.

Does seem to be a worrying trend of super strength pills now and the youth are just uneducated or reckless.

Blue Teslas being linked i think

Also seen Blue Tesla's being linked. Unsure if they are 'bad' pills or just super strength (and likely even hardened Ravers tolerance is low after 18 months away)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I've never understood this super strength pill business, surely more MDMA is money lost for the producers and dealers? and we end up with more incidents.

I'd imagine it's a lack of quality assurance in production rather than consciously making them OTT. Though if you were trying to make the 'best' pills at the top end of a sensible dose, I presume your margin of error is smaller before they are dangerous

This was always going to be an issue when clubs/events reopened. Supply chain is going to have issues due to unpredictability of demand, people not dabbled in a while and probably getting a bit over excited. Good that the information has got out quite quickly ablut these blue Tesla’s at least, although part of me always thinks that’s a warning a pill is ‘super strength’ serves as more of an advert than anything for certain people…

Not an inquiry, just curious how the scene is like in Croatia? Anyone of you been there?
Friends went to the first Hideout in 2011 and said there were no local suppliers just what people had brought from UK.

Fast forward to 3/4 years ago and it was similar to Ibiza. Guess the pandemic may have changed things though

I find it terribly sad that people have lost their life just trying to enjoy themselves this weekend.

I can imagine the pain the parents, family and friends will be going through now will be awful and difficult to accept.

The fear of this happening was something we mentioned a few pages ago in this thread I think.

Hopefully it’s something that can be avoided in the future, because I feel these deaths were totally avoidable 😥

The Drugs education needs a rethink, the 'just say No' doesn't work. 'Talk to Frank' seemed a better approach in the UK but I'm not sure if they are still doing that.

The work the likes of The Loop do in providing 'we recommend you dont take Drugs, but if you do this is how to reduce risks' is the way forward.

As an example I was brought up being told Pills were bad and you'd die instantly if you took one. Curiosity and seeing ravers still alive after taking one means that policy is never going to work. It is only through searching online that I learnt taking a quarter or half is best for reducing risk.

The folk at The Loop are amazing. It’s a shame that testing kits aren’t more widely available without having to go online

Man is locked and loaded for the weekend
Green guy fawks
Any reviews?
I'm scared and excited and scared
I would personally always recommend double-checking Pill Report and/or drugsdata.org when looking at any new batch of pills.

I know nothing is 100% certain beyond testing each individual pill personally but it's at least a form of harm reduction as you can get a bit of a flavour for if a particular press has been troublesome or favourable, potentially even in your own local area.

This might be of assistance to you - https://www.drugsdata.org/results.php?search_field=all&s=guy+fawkes
