At home, I'd like to say 3 months but depends what's on.
On holidays, I always leave a day in between, and use 5-HTP & supplements. Too old for more than that !!!

Yeah, 45 mins, though IMO top-ups should be at most half doses if you don't want swedgergeddon. That said, if I'm out doing crystal md, I just take a tiny dab whenever I go to the loo - maybe takes two or three to get you to the right level, but means you never get too messed up and you can stop before you get some of the annoying side effects.

Paracetamol capsules. pour out the paracetamol bang your md in close back up and your good to go just be careful how much you put in each.
