I shop at Lidl when at home, so why not when abroad.people on here can sneer all they want but LIDL is a lifesaver
not everyone is minted OR got MUG tattooed across their foreheads...
why wouldn't it be? los parasoles and casa manolo in playa den bossa are open most of the year and are super popular among locals (= not expensive!), they don't open in easter and then funk off to thailand on holidays when the clubs close so they don't need to rip off tourists during six months to survive the rest of the year...just had a drink in Restaurante Los Parasoles pdb..7 euros for any cocktails, interesting to see if that will be the same in 4 to 6 weeks time
A taxi to anywhere in san an from lidl will be less than €4. Gladly pay that as opposed to carrying heavy bags of shopping in the heat.spreading money on Taxi to save money going to LIDL?
there is no mary mayans Hierbas at lidl (didnt want to try the 5-10€ bottle unknown brand, at this price u can't expect quality ) ,in peak season , they always lack of ice bag, they don't have fresh coffee ...
Just notice their chorizo & red ham is fine but afic no point to go to lidl, not enough choices.
very good. 8/10. grudging slow handclap. That's cool, but I prefer the supermarkets that joe public don't know about. Off the beaten track. Where you never know which cashier is scanning at any given time, and you don't care. You just get lost in the queue
