never too late. only started mine 3 years ago (i was 28) even tho im putting in the min amount, its better than nothing! - will be putting in more once i free up more capital.

a) put in about 50% of yr earnings into your pension now.
b) find yourself a richman/commit a crime/prostitute yourself

got told as a rule of thumb you need to invest about 10-20% of monthly pay to have a decent pension.
