Just got this email (it was all formatted with annoying underlines, bullet points and coloured text too! ):

RIGHT PEOPLE - PLEASE LISTEN........

nb has NO problem with people eating biscuits from the boardroom within the following rules:-

take in moderation - do not take handfuls at a time

if you open a new packet - put the remainder in the box

CLOSE THE BOX PROPERLY WHEN YOU HAVE TAKEN BISCUITS OUT

You need to remember that we buy these biscuits in for client meetings and it does not give out a good impression to clients if the biscuits are stale/soft or there are none to give because you lot have eaten them all.

Have a bit of respect for your workplace please!

also I order these for meetings and if people are eating loads and I come to find there are none left when setting up the boardroom, its not very good at all......

Actually I think that's what spurred the email in the first place...actually what am I on about?!? Of course it was!

But I'm now sat at my desk innocently munching on dried apricots and cashew nuts as part of my pre sonar health kick.
