Cala d'en Serra is public land, the ruins of the never finished hotel will be destroyed soon.The article says the area has a high level of environmental protection. Why are land owners allowed to erect fences there at all? They cannot build houses there, they cannot sell tickets for the Es Vedra view (which would have solved the problem), but they are allowed to install fences?? Something doesn't add up here.
Is the island of Es Vedra private land too? And what about Cala d'en Serra?
