Has anyone ever done this before? How long did you last for?
I've just started this week, fibre cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, then vegetables for dinner. No coffee, tea, cigarettes, alcohol
I'm not taking any detox tablets or anything, just gonna try and abstain from all vices for a few weeks!
I'm craving a big bag of Doritos though
