for the march or for closing clubs ?
there's no point having a march to protest about clubs closing when the clubs er.. are closing
mid last week space closed early and refunded money as did amnesia - we love space opening party apparently there were anywhere between 20-40 people at 6pm....
i can see some interesting discussions going on between the hotel association, the bar & restuarant association, the clubs and the consell at the end of the year
the sunset strip at 6pm yesterday - mambos out of shot had about 15 people on their terrace, savannahs had about a dozen people and sunsea was empty
Is it really that empty on the island? Is it just San Antonio or everywhere? I find that very surprising. It would be nice to have it not so packed, but this looks more like a ghost town...
I for one am more upset about Kuhmaras closing, that place is such a refreshing change than the strip to watch the sunset. Mackie is there any chance of this closure being lifted? I was really looking forward to taking the girlfriend to Kuhmaras for a few sunsets and sheeshas

im hoping its open for when i go in August as i have the same plans in mind ....

really? I couldn't imagine the clubs refunding money because they were empty

Yep it was, I've been to We Love Opening every year since it started and the numbers were about the same I'd say. We got in there just before 6pm and there was WAY more than 20-40 people on the Sunset Terrace (I didn't explore what other rooms were open) but the Terrace was already nicely busy and quickly got busier.

obviously nobody this year
when you have a restaurant and a cafe open all day you only want people to come down to your establishment between the hours of 9pm and 10pm....

will Amnesia be open next Tuesday?
There's nothing that I can find on the internet that would say different. Hopefully no news is good news.
Of course, this board tends to be the quickest and most accurate source of information....
