Quite easily.
Could be resident at a night but have no involvement with running it, just get a fee for playing then run their own night and promote it themselves.

That's a bit of a stupid comparison to make as everyone knows Sven Vath is a promoter and resident at Cocoon and not a promoter or resident at Monza.
Promoters being residents at other nights happens all the time, loads of examples I know of in the UK. I am a promoter and resident at my own night and would quite happily be resident at another night if the right opportunity came along.
Perhaps less common in Ibiza, but this example of Circo Loco residents promoting their own night at Summum proves it does happen.
I don't see why you find this so hard to comprehend.

It's ok if you're talking about different countries or cities with 200km distance between them.it's not ok if you're talking about ibiza and san antonio.it's like competing yourself!

C'mon this is ridiculous. DC10 looks like its closed, a couple of its residents have safe-guarded against having a quiet summer by sorting themselves out with a venue to play/promote at. It's NO BIG DEAL.
Sven Vath becoming resident at Monza is hardly the same as these 2 promoting a night in San An Bay.
The biggest surprise for me is Lenny Fontana being involved......WTF?!!?!?

Quite a few, Jamie Gitins, Rob Marmot, Dermot C, Tristan Ingram to name a few. All resident DJs at various parties, all have their own nights on the island. There are more but it's early and I can't think....
Are you seriously suggesting that resident DJs aren't allowed to find there own work out there???

the example i gave about vath is the same with fabrizio...he can't be a resident at dc10 and promote a night at summum...

Erm, yes you can....
Jamie resident at many places, runs disco bomb AND Filthy Gorgeous (along with Scott Martin who also is a resident at other places)
Tristan also resident at many places runs Random
Rob Marmot resident at many places runs a sunday night (name escapes me at the moment)
Dermot C resident at many places runs Plastik (that's a bar FFS so that's 7 nights a week)
So it's ENTIRELY possible for someone to be a resident DJ and promote another night.
