Christ. We'll see, I guess. Though most of those measures won't affect a family of four around a pool all day. And if we all test negative up front....

Sounds a bit of a no goer. Although if you’re flying Friday and landing Friday you might be ok

Straw poll: would you go? If it's on?
It's a difficult one to call. With the measures introduced I personally don't think I would go, but then I don't have children so what I would be looking for from the holiday would be different.
I think I'd feel a bit on edge in case things locked down further.

What type of accommodation are you staying in?

I would have said I'd go with plan B but was just looking at the guidance for Barbados and it says you have to quarantine on arrival then take another test 4/5 days in to the holiday.

Yes, seems confirmed that tourists are still okay.

Yeah Jet 2 say the media reports were incorrect and they have that in writing from the Canarian Government! (Very glad, I didn't book the BA flights tp Mexico a couple of hours ago!)

Yeah, was looking at Mexico, but we're now on for Tenerife. As long as the pool is open, we're all good!:)
