Not sure this is official i cannot confirm it. Is it only for outside EU? At the moment you need to write in a form. They also screen at airport with staff and cameras.

Though looking at from another angle, if I take the family to Tenerife but want to mitigate risk of catching the virus, I can be sure that everyone in the hotel complex has recently tested negative
 
For those in the UK who've been forced to wfh, you can claim tax back (max £6 per week). You can claim up till april next year (new tax year) even if happen to go back sooner.

Well we can hope. Rumours going around that might be some limited doses before xmas for front line workers etc.

Fingers crossed as uk numbers not brilliant for a Monday with weekend reporting lag.

Yeah there is definitely some pros to it if you can get away with the possibility of two week lost
 
Anybody following the Elliott eastwick beef on twitter?
Basically condeming illegal raves as irresponsible in current climate. But coming under fire from some djs like solardo etc

Yeah. Elliott is giving as much as he’s getting. He was a cracking DJ when I started out, as was his Hard Times night. Solardo are very much playing up to the age of their audience and are understandably concerned that they can’t play gigs and therefore boost their bank accounts with their inflated fees. The most disturbing thing is middle aged DJs like Lawler, Rampling, Denny and Moodybear wading in to support Solardo when they could all play an active function as role models. What they are advocating is at best ill advised and at worst irresponsible. The word whopper has been used to describe them and that sounds pretty accurate to me. The ignorance, selfishness, naivety and disrespect is astounding. I’m surprised elrow lovers hasn’t invited them all around for a house party. He could have them round on rotation every night

Timing of the apparent beef is interesting for Solardo and camelphat with new albums out shortly.

I do like how both duos talk of me, my and I rather than we and us. Makes you wonder who is typing ?. That tech house scene thing is flippin horrible, imo. Not just the music but the people, their Made in Chelsea selfish wannabe attitudes, the clothes, the pretence. It couldn’t be further away from the roots of house and techno if it tried. It’s just vacuous bollox.

Elliot Eastwick is doing just fine promoting a responsible attitude to the pandemic and reaching a younger audience as a result of Solardo et al’s social media outrage.

Hopefully it makes some of their fans think twice about going to an illegal rave, not checking in, getting infected, not knowing (or knowing) and spreading it to lots and lots of people when they go to the supermarket, pub or university, leading to the death of some of those that have had the misfortune to come into contact with these selfish wastrels. All because they wanted to go to a party. At least Solardo will get a few more album sales out of it too.

If Elliot, any dj or anyone finds themerlves in icu with Covid this winter because they had the misfortune to come into contact with any of these irresponsible idiots, they have every right to look down their nose at them. That is until the find themselves six foot under as a consequence.
