Many UK tier areas being upgraded, virtually the whole of the SE going up to 4. Bloke in Germany saying at the conference that he can't return to the UK - wonder how our Xmas holidaymakers (if many got away at all) are getting home?
 
so what, there's apparently a second new strain that's EVEN more contagious? I literally just read that now.

f*** me. what a clusterf***.

anyone else have any other ideas apart from whiskey to get that hibernation project going?

reportedly originated from South Africa but of course it’s found it’s way over here

yeah I think I had mentioned this a while back, it should have happened earlier in autum but was then postponed when barcelona hit the second wave. I am very curious to see the actual results of this test run, I don't think the conclusions have been published yet (at least I couldn't find anything).

I believe something similar is planned in the second part of january in the netherlands btw.
