Thats good, what club was saved?
To be honest I don't go out that much but yes does seem better the infection rate is going down
Curfew is from 12pm - 6am and people are out and about in the day and wearing face masks....in bars etc...public transport is still really quite especially buses (which I prefer)
Think curfew will be for a while though

Far off though, not even in human trials.
This did get FDA EUA approved though. Finally something to help hospitalized people better than just Remdesivir, which hasn’t shown too much.

Just been told that one of my "bubble buddies" is in hospital with covid + pneumonia, but he should make a full recovery. I last saw him just before lockdown, so I assume as that's 14 + days, I should be OK< since then I've hardly spoken to anyone let alone been close to them. So that means two out of three buddies have had CV.
Hope everything goes OK for your friend. Hope you are OK as well, it's alot to deal with x

He'd better be OK, he's the mainstay of our pub quiz team! Myself apart from Covidepression, I'm as right as rain. Not sure I need a test, if I've got it I'm self-isolating anyway due to this fecking lockdown. I ain't going anywhere, the bottom of the garden feels like a week's holiday.

Regional gov relaxed rules on thurs saying seated events + 50% capacity were ok. So everyone obv got excited and started putting word out but then today (for reasons not specified) the gov said no. The issue here is calamitous policy making. You can't mess people around like this. The bars can't plan, book, hire or anything. Such a mess. People get the health angle but not the terrible policy communication.
