........I've even got a magimix.....

I love kitchen appliances. Dying for the day when I have a house with a big kitchen. Planning on fitting it out all industrial style with stainless steel refigerators, freezers, a flat grill, restaurant-style woks, indoor flame grill, lots of chopping/mixing/blending thingies and.... oh yes.... a deep fryer 8)

i find it more of a challenge cooking with minimum of utensils.

Yeah kitchen gadgets are great, I'd love a massive kitchen with the sink ect in the centre.

Challenging, true. You should have seen what I had to make do with when I first moved out here

But if you can do fabulous things with one knife and a wok, imagine the dinner parties you could throw with a totally tricket-out kitchen 8)

I've cooked daily for around 25-30 years, even when I was married, but, just run of the mill stuff, don't do anything fancy. The microwave has been getting a lot of hammer lately. The oven door on my cooker has not been opened for years, I'm too scared to open it!

Love it when someone else cooks for me (very rare ).
