For what it's worth I thought Monday's cocoon was as good as it gets - music was so up my street it was in my front room with slippers on - Bayer, Koze's perfect warm up - Recondite and obviously Sven absolutely exploded the gaff.

btw sven showed up with flowers in the booth for carl cox' last sunset terrace set on tuesday. what a gentleman! cox said into the mic "I would've done the exact same thing for him". bromance!!

Koze was really really good. He played a little bit harder than i expected actually and then seemed to bring it back down a notch right before Sven came on. Really enjoyed the bit of Recondite that i heard too as it was pretty much the only 45 minutes i spent on the terrace. Sven definitely laid into that main room set as well so was definitely glad to finally experience that. Side note as i didnt really hear much of Adam Beyer on the terrace besides bathroom breaks but from what i heard not for me so basically just stayed away from it. One surprise for me was how thin the crowd started getting by around 5am, I was expecting it to be more full to the end but turned out to be wrong about that one.

Koze was excellent as was sven, i didn't move from the main room all the time i was there, excellent start to the trip indeed...

I've noticed on the Amnesia website that they've listed the closing as follows:

MAIN ROOM:
ADAM BEYER
NINA KRAVITZ
ILARIO ALICANTE

TERRACE:
SVEN VÄTH

Has this been confirmed anywhere or is this just a default listing? Would be interesting to see if Sven does play the terrace all night long due to the potential of an early closing time.

I think the floor listing could be correct, but at the same time I think there will be at least one more artist to join sven. have no inside knowledge there, I am really just guessing.

Ricardo no longer down to play the closing then ? Pretty sure he was listed way back when I bought my tkts ...

no he plays the penultimate date but I don't think he was ever listed for the closing - I might be wrong, but really can't recall this.

The only thing that had me thinking he may be alone, is that traditionally he likes to play a longer set for the closing party. Starting at like 3/4AM and finishing up between 9-11AM.

If Amnesia are made to stick to the 6/7am curfew even for this party, he may start earlier and finish earlier to make up for lost time. But similar to you, I am simply guessing. I'm sure we will find out over the next week or so.
