I was at timewarp and thought Plastikman was amazing, he ended up playing for 2 hours ( 8am - 10 am ). Alot of people where saying he was to minimal but if you listen to his albums thats whats plastikman is all about. To many people where expecting it to be like a Hawtin dj set imo. Roll on t in the park.
 
I have never been to cocoon in my 4 visits to ibiza (mainly because I was there when there were no cocoon parties, or just for 4 days, not falling on the monday), and I was planning on going this year.

This is the party that will be on while I am there, Im not there for DJ worship, but I have only heard of Sven Vath in this line up :oops: I have heard of carl craig, but never heard his music.

What are the others like? Should this be a good night??

Otherwise, I may just go a bit ott at circoloco n then head back to the hotel... :twisted:

I guess it will be a good night, Cassy is Resident at Berghain/Panorama Bar Berlin, so expect some great Minimal Techno.
Carl Craig is a Producer Legend but im not sure about his Dj Skills.

Nick Curly and Markus Fix, booth from Germany have Potential. Nick Curly is already a hugh Newcomer, Markus Fix is from the Cocoon Posse, never heart him.

You´ll find many Sets from all of them to get a impression of their sound.

Carl Craig is a big DJ, but in my Opinion too much old school music. I was at We Love 2 years ago, and he played a boring set with Jeff Mills (Detroit legends).

Cassy will smashin it!!!

Cassy came here in Barcelone in Raum Club back in Jan...problem...bloody idiots in berlin airport...put the vynils in another plane....so yeah....C-More and Frank Morin had to bring all their vynils so she can play..she played like an hour but was good! :D

i can't believe there's are people who don't know abut Carl Craig. He's one of the dons of electronic music. His productions are immense and I've always ahd a great night when I've seen him DJ.

Cassy... awesome productions and an awesome DJ to boot. Plays a lot of deep stuff but when i seen her in amnesia she played mostly minimal/techy stuff.

Nick Curly... making waves right now. Not seen him DJ (he is playing in glasgow tonight but I wont be able to make it). His productions are great though.

This is a belter of a line-up for cocoon.
 
I wish I was there when Magda was on, I think shes great.
Miss her by one week.

I dont generally go for the line up, and I will prob go to this one anyway...

Good thing is, that although I will know who Sven is, I wont have a clue who the others are so wont have a jaded view and just enjoy the night. Happy days
