We arrived just after 7pm for Leon Vynehall on the garden. Best time to arrive, imho as a good vibe and plenty of room to dance, plus you still get to dance in daylight. We stayed up near the front for DJ Tennis and Gerd Janson too - all three on the terrace were great and it never felt horribly busy.
However, by the time The Black Madonna came on in the terrace at 11.30pm, as the garden had closed, it was very busy and even up at the front it was a squeeze. Still able to dance but lots of people going past all the time. Enjoyed her set though. Also surreal to have Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen) dancing next to us at one point, and some leading British models stood just behind us!
After TBM finished we went to chill out as weren't feeling Black Coffee and decided to head to Pikes for DJ Harvey as it was too busy everywhere (even backstage). Glad we did if Jackmaster wasn't on form. 6 hours at DC10 followed by Pikes was perfect.
