Circoloco @ DC10 2016

I still love circo loco as a party in Ibiza. The last 3 years (and this) we go first or second Saturday in September and never found it rammed. Terrace can feel cramped in areas but the further you love in you find space. On the terrace you've just got to get in from either doors. I think they generally program the rooms well too.

I note the garden was open till 23.30 this week. Will that continue Stivi ?

Good line up this week. Not seen Satoshi since my first Ibiza visit in 2005

The last time I had a good night at Circo Loco was 2010 and since I have felt it been a very young crowd and a bit Joey Essex. I might give it another chance seeing as it's September.

It is a bit but where isn't ? Paradise helps take a lot of the crowd. The likes of Jackmaster , Seth & Martinez Bros will attract them

It's funny how i never seem to get a Circo Loco lineup that interests me, not that i really mind just going to Cocoon early, but last year this same week had Dixon, ToU, Carl Cox (who cancelled anyway), Matthias Tanzmann, etc, the lineup was stacked. This year, Seth Troxler and Jackmaster... (like seeing Servito on there but catch him in Ny all the time. Haven't been in i think 4 or 5 years now, I guess its just not meant to be.

It wasn't that long ago you never saw a line up or recognised anyone that was playing !

I was at dc10 this monday. arrived late (1am) and by that time the terrace was very busy, but still bearable. the main room was what I would call perfectly busy. from about 3am onwards it started to thin out. and friends who had arrived earlier told me that until about 10pm it was really not busy at all.

been saying it all summer, circoloco isn't as packed as it used to be

I was there on Monday too. We arrived about half nine i think, garden was in full swing, terrace was virtually deserted but got busier and busier. As Stivi said by 1am it was packed but not unbearably so (we had a decent spec against the wall on the left hand side). So yeah it was busy but i have seen it much WORSE. Went inside for Gerd Janson and that was nicely busy.

The crowd was a LOT better than i had been expecting, was pleasently surprised.

Happy with this lot the week i'm there.

There's nothing in this world i wish more than to have been able to have gained those sorta medals haha its not medals you shoulda got for the 'back in the day' marathon. It should of been knighthoods etc for those runs mate

they should have done this back in the day when people went to dc10 as an afters...and then did cocoon after that...and then cocoon afters ;)
(I'd have a few of those medals)

You can still do it sometimes... Last year we did Solomun+Sven, then Tox, Circoloco & Cocoon.
Don't know if there was an after for Cocoon that day (it was a Ricardo date), but didn't have access to it anyway...

Its the only routine on a Monday when in Ibiza innit. Circoloco to Cocoon marathon. They should dish out medals to people who complete it.

Going to give this a go next Monday 26th.

Line up for the 19th looks amazing - wish it was a week later!!!

Went last week and the vibe reminded me of first visit around 06. Just great tunes , none of which I had heard before or likely hear again. Very Spanish crowd (locals?) and a bit older. Music was spot on for me on the terrace and good to see the other DJs in the box most the night taking note. All the djs flowed really well for me. Didn't even notice Seth Troxler didn't turn up.
