Honestly you will be fine, you might feel a little tired afterwards so have a sit around for a bit after, drink plenty of water - especially if you are driving a car back home after your session...

Good question, prob lots of legal drugs.
Also as I'm not scared of stuff like that, just needles.
I always find it amusing that a lot of people will balk at taking a panadol but are quite happy to neck a cocktail of illicit substances that have been mixed in somebody's dirty bathtub!
