I think the handball issue is a bit of a gray area, and the rules are way too ambiguous.
The fact of the matter in this case, is that it hit the players hand and he gained an advantage from it. If it hadn't touched his hand, the ball would likely have gone past him and the goalscoring chance would never have been created.
In my opinion the decision was correct, but a lot of other people have the direct opposite opinion. The rules need to be cleared up and set in stone, with no room whatsoever for individual interpretation. And there needs to be video refs, and diving should be penalised, etc etc.....
