ive only been to ibiza for the first time so i dont have the experience to comment on the islands culture and future prosperity. (you wont find me on blackpools local forums claiming that there aren't enough puggy machines anymore and its just not the same just because i spent a week there a few years ago). stop harping on about whats been, go book your holiday, and go enjoy ibiza for what it is, a great way to spend a few weeks in the summer. let the locals run the place as they see fit, it is their country after all. chances are ibiza is just gonna evolve and there will be something newer and possibly better next year. the glass is half full, not half empty!
