Well maybe its a bit drastic but it deeply saddens me the closure of the daytime terraces...ive been clubbing for the best part of 10 years and to be honest when u've been doin it that long the whole spending a night in a club is still fantastic but like everything you get a lil bored with it at times...

Ive been to ibiza for the last 4 years spending my days at bora bora mainly dc10 n sundays at space... i go for the daytime clubbing the sunshine, the dancing on tables on a beach with the funkiest tunes around...i went out during my week stay once at night to subliminal at pacha..the music was top but you couldnt move ...which somewhat ruined the experience...ive heard similar storys from hed kandi at el divino and most of the other BIG nights....can you imagine how bad the overcrowding will get know without these other smaller clubs being around!

FINALLY IM IN A BIT OF A PICKLE ABOUT NEXT YEARS SUMMER HOLIDAY ALL I WANT IS A BEACH THAT PLAYS FUNKY HOUSE DURING THE DAY N THAT I CAN DANCE WITH OTHER LIKE MINDED PEOPLE ON TABLES....PLEASE HELP!

its getting boring....there are hundrets of bars at the beach with music,...just have been to the island, and it was rockin!

even on playa den bossa are many bars open with music...salinas was full, but I think brithish people like more play den bossa...

vienna if you are actually gonna compare bora bora to the other pish bars in pdb you need your head checked...n please let me know if any of these bars your on about have 300-400 odd peeps dancing daily from 6...and your comment bout brits prefering it ...well i was there the peak of summer august 1-7 and there were hardly any brits there at all...in fact we met about 4 the whole time we were there..SO WAT U ONNA BOUT?!

Night clubbing we can do at many places
Good daytime clubbing with dj's playing the best funky house
happy good looking people, Gee and Gemma
That's Ibiza :D
If you don't have these things, the prices get to high to party all the time
The Ibiza atmosphere will be gone
and other destination will start to compete
And if things don't change we will all be daytime clubbing on another destination.
The scene will continue, and if they don't change squeezing the clubbers, Ibiza will just be a good memory.

Amen :!:

Boycott Ibiza.......

Hmmm that might not be as stupid as it sounds. Even if was only for one season. Show the ones who think they have the power, who really has the power - Us the paying Customer !

I'm just back form ibiza for a season closure.
As protest we didn't go to pacha and space and cancelled our last day for Space closing.
It was incredible. Bora Bora and the other places had to close due to "sound pollution", but space could play LOUD at la comunidad till the morning...

Without Bora Bora, i tell you, there was really something missing.
And not only for us. We talked to many people who just were sitting there in asilent Bora Bora, some english people even took back the plane. If things do not change, it's getting another majorca overthere.

Was it the big clubs with their Bora Bora fight ?
Are it the new appartments besides Bora Bora, who are going to be sold at high prices and do not want loud music as this pushes the prices ?
Or is it just the local governement, who are changing Ibiza to another Monaco for the rich ?

If it only would be politics, a solution could be found. ex by creating a "loud music zone" from Space till Manamana Beach and on some off the other places...

If it's not and it's only the larger clubs, our quest for new destinations will continue ( and what i heard over there, many people are looking already for new destinations ).

And for you all, are you just saying 'damn" but continue with what you are doing, or
DO YOU GONNA FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT TO PARTY

Now Bora bora is opening again next year, will all these ridiculous lets boycott ibiza posts stop.

Depends , if Bora Bora is run by the Space management , i don't think so
if Gee is playing again, yes, and maybe some off our shouting helped.

By the other had, if Bora Bora is not open next year or being called Space Beach, things will change.
