There are always scare tatics and rumours being thrown around the island this time of year and 99.9% of them are just that, rumours. I remember Cafe del mar was meant to be shut one june but never was, however this article does seem scarily real. Its gonna be entriguing to see what really happens over the coming weeks.

Well, theoretically yes (only I think it's Monday June 11, not Sunday June 10)

But all the clubs have a right to appeal the ruling to the courts so nothing is set in stone.
