Bora Bora,DC10 & Amnesia fined???

I'm REALLY annoyed. Cocoon and circo loco were two nights I was looking forward to most on the island, but an absolute MILE.

Ugh, they better sort it out by the end of next week. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Do insurance pay out for things like this? "Personal trauma" or something? :lol: :lol:

Ah well, must get a good book and build up my sangria tollerance. :lol:
 
as someone pointed out earlier, im pretty sure CircoLoco and Cocoon will be able to sort out some other kind of venue for their parties until the club open again. They both have the following to ensure any alternative location will be succesful.

the WLS line up is just ok. I hope they hold the mother of all cocoon opening afterparties somewhere.

Not convinced this will be sorted by the time we get there :evil:

They're punishing the holidaymakers and the promoters, not the clubs and their security.

Ya, that was me.

It's certainly feasible... all major contracts have force majeur clauses and I'm sure this counts. Imagine a Cocoon night at Love/Glam/whatever, or Circo Loco at Heaven!

I'm sure there's an army of attorneys descending on the courts right now to lodge appeals and to have these orders stayed until such time as the appeals are heard. They've got until next Monday or Tuesday (depending on the club) to sort it out. There could, very well, be no disruption whatsoever

I have my fingers very firmly crossed. Not sure how I'm going to do any work for the next few days when it's like that, but never mind. This is more important!

They'll be disruption anyway. The island must be awash with rumours by now. People on clubbing holidays on the island won't know what to believe and if , for example, Amnesia gets sorted in time for Cocoon on Monday, some people won;t be sure and won't go. (Although half the turnout of last year's closing would see the club nicely full.)
 
I get there Sat afternoon, was so excited I thought I would bust. I am now gutted:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: /10. I will have plenty of time 2 write a blog, about what I don't know for fcuk sake. I will write a report as soon as I get there sat.
