cool pic the first one (left).
with that illumination the dancefloor looks like a pool/secret grotto somewhere at the coastline
hidden under some mighty rock which you only can approach by the sea 8)

ps:
... and great review anyway !

Hmm.. curious as to how empty it was at 3 such that Avicii deemed it below himself to play! And how much more it would have filled up at that hour.
But at least the crowd sounds interesting :)

on the vip thing, i can honestly say it's done very well there. if you're on the dancefloor you don't notice a whole lot of it and the dancefloor/vip size quota is really alright. outdoor terrace is also cool to have a drink.

will definitely be back at booom soon, thursdays, saturdays and sundays should be really good...and the odd tuesday too. but especially thursdays.

The music sounds shocking. Also, was anyone actually dancing?

you'll rethink once you've seen it yourself.
Hopefully, you are right! Because, judging by the pics and vids so far, the layout and the look of the venue is nothing special. It doesn`t look like a special club, especially not like a club on the Isla Blanca... Lets see what the Vagabundos will add to the venue...

Really enjoyed reading Stivi's report for the Booom! opener. Great detail and an interesting read as always...

I'd def like to see it for myself on a night where the music is up my street (ie Circus/Vagabundos) but from the pics i've seen so far i actually really like the look of the place. Smaller venues can work really well but i guess it depends on the atmosphere in the club that really makes it...

(although the music on the vid is rubbish, the music on the opening night included a bit of everything really)

Never really understood why you woudn't showcase your club through the music policy from day one. A bit like opening a high class resturant but serving a cheap buffet with a bit of everything on the opening night.

Still to be convinced with this one.

Anyone go last night?

Jordan wrote it.

exactly!

dirk, in regards to music policy, if you check out the opening party line ups from privilege and space this year, you'll also see it was pretty much all over the place... i am not a big defender of booom, don't get me wrong. i am rather glad for the guys behind it that it finally happened and am quite impressed what has been done in so little time. i am also yet to be totally convinced by the club, but it's definitely got a lot of potential and as already mentioned, there are a few nights which musically are right up my street so will check them out.

Apologies... Jordan. Great report mate.

Think i would probably only ever do Circus there but then Enter is on the same night!

How busy did it get for the opening and what's the sound system like compared to the other clubs, is it the best?

yep, really a shame that Circus is at the same night as Enter. Sounds like quite a good night, but beeing forced to choose I will have to go with Enter.

BE CRAZY - just heard 2 hours of good music for a hot summer´s day @ ibizaglobalradio :p
2nite @ BOOOM !
