Depends on the crowd, it sometimes was quite empty in the last weeks. But I would say about 6am.

Probably an odd exception, but I believe KitKat still asks for a negative test despite the fact that this is no longer mandatory. They seem very proud about it too.

Can't tell if you're joking or not...
It has nothing to do with body fluids. They require a negative covid test for your entry into the club.
Berghain, other kinky/fetish clubs around the world do no such thing. It's just a weird choice they took to keep doing it and they proudly communicate about it on facebook stating they want to keep doing this to prevent people catching covid in their club.
