this Saturday we open BOUTIQUE HOSTAL SALINAS
Hola,
After a fairly busy month with birthdays, opening parties and weddings (in the hotel, ssshhhh!!) we have decided that we are good and ready to have our own opening, in our own sweet way.
Proceedings kick off at 2pm with a list of some of the dj talent which has been rocking Lo Cura Bar all winter.....
Jaime Fiorito, Alfredo, BIG L (We Love), Dj Sharma, Daisy Heartbreaker, Karlos Sense, Mr Doris, David 'moi' Phillips and probably a couple more yet to be confirmed.
From 3pm we will be serving a complimentary paellas and some samples of our new menu for 2012.

El Chiringuito Es Cavallet
Summer 2012 is nearly here and we are delighted to announce that we open on April 26th.
We have some wonderful new dishes for the menu this year including our own homemade smoked salmon, confit pork with crackling served on a bed of salad and an incredible Lobster Lasagne and more...
Our three resident DJ's for this year will be the enigmatic Mr. Doris, the incredible Andy Baxter and new to the team Mina (from Argentina).
May will see the launch of El Chiringuito's first CD, compiled, produced and mixed by Andy Cato from Groove Armada.
We welcome to the team, our new General Manager, Javier Fernandez (previously at La chapelle, Michelin star restaurant in London). Javier is a key introduction to our team continuing our philosophy of constant improvement in every sector of the beach club.
We look forward to seeing you this summer, sharing a cocktail or three and enjoying lazy, long and delicious days at El Chiringuito Beach House on Es Cavallet beach.
