What a day... This country loves a drama
Heading to Barcelona for a few days
Any bar/event recommendations?
I know the rules are generally the same as here in Ibiza, but I believe outdoor terrace vibes might be more prominent there.
Thanks for this. Literally boarding the flight nowok, depending on your dates/tastes
- Jazztronica 10 Oct - daytime streetfood flea market dj vibez https://www.facebook.com/events/825430334818204
- Soundit 17 Oct @ Monumental ex-bullring - daytime party (with the UK's Ben Sims) https://www.facebook.com/sounditbcn
cooler music bars every night of week - Switch (house/techno), Curtis Audiophile (funk/disco)
or if you prefer swanky rooftop dj bars - Hotel Pulitzer (usually something there) or Casa Bonay (beautiful but not cheap..)
live music - Sala Upload, Freedonia, Sidecar
clubs - no idea right now. sooooon as the old saying goes
food - Petitbo is currently really nice on Passeig Sant Joan if you want light food, also massively into #58 Rambla de Poble Nou (v good value tapas), I also really like the weekday menu del dia at Petra in Born, and evening grub along Carrer de Blai (Poble Sec area) for pintxos. La Chume is a locals' fave.
*watch yrselves in Raval/Gotico - some of the thieving is worse than ever...
Any news on the clubbing situation in BCN now?
