I agree with you Clara it reeked of sick when I was there too,....Bar M is the worst of the bars on this part of the prom. I don't think its much better than most of the bars in the West End (which are so frowned upon by most of this forum).

Itaca, Orange Corner are much nicer.

But my favourite in this area would be the Bay Bar. Good music, less busy and much more relaxed than the other bars in this area, and you can flake out on the floor cushions and watch the world go by.

Classic! :P

Yep, Bar M still stinks of puke. The glass panels suck as well, you get a seat next to the wall to look out over the bay and the owner then closes them and you can 't see anything because they are filthy.

The music seemed a bit inconsistant in Orange Corner this year and some evenings it was loud and some quiet. The dancers were good though ;)

Bay Bar rules, we spent far too much time there this week. We also ate there once as well and the food was great.
 
I was there for the freaking first time last time I went in early august, and I actually thought the place was great fun! a bit touristy but then again, Manumission IS for first timers and for those of us who just simply like it lol* ;) but, I think I´ver had my share of Manu for now, but Bar M was great fun. +
 
Thought Bar M was rather shabby and dirty to be honest. Service was painfully slow and we were served the most revolting cocktail I have ever had the displeasure to buy (there were 4 of us, and we all agreed that it was rank!)
