The bus back from San Antonio was full of 'normal' people going to work to be met by the sight of us  They're probably scarred for life

At least you and Tom looked respectable; Gary and I were two gurning monsters, and I kept forgetting what I was speaking about all morning! ;)

No doubt we'll do it again next year

 Of course I remember seeing you, I was a tad OOC tho on both days (I was just taking advantage of it being Tom's birthday   )

Was your journey home on Monday morning as harsh as ours

Def same time same place next year, it will be Tom's 30th that wkend so I dread to see what carnage will ensue for that

Will definitely mail you for some advice, I'm just adjusting to normality at the mo before I can think of planning anything more than a visit to the corner shop   ;)

Ace review 8) Sounds like you had a great time.

Congrats on the engagement ;)

Kaz and I got engaged in Ibiza last September  Not set a date yet but were hoping to have the wedding in Ibiza with all our family and friends. After looking into it we are going to opt for a small ceremony here and a blessing there.

We're going to have to request a Spotlight Weddings forum for all these upcoming nuptials  ;)

From people I've spoken to you can't have a church wedding in Ibiza if you're not a resident so the way you can get round it is to have a civil ceremony in your own country and then a blessing in Ibiza - all the more fun cos it means 2 days to organise  ;)

We done a bit of reasearch and came to that conclusion too

Well with 2 days to organise you will need lots of lists

Let's keep each other posted with anything we find ot that might help the other ;)

I think I'm going to have to buy a book of lists for all this list-making going on

..... getting up to the usual minxiness. We were just heading to DC10 when Tom got a call - Katie had arrived on the island - Happy Days indeedy so after sampling Katie   we headed to DC10.....

I think you glossed over this incident a little bit too easily!! ;)

My trip back was the most horrendous journey ever (again), spent most of it redecorating the boats toilets !! :x Still knackered now :!:

Did you pick up the pacha magazine with the top 20 places to get married ?

Any info at all just shout. ;)

Oh no, you poor thing :( Next year I'm NOT leaving on a Monday morning again

I didn't get the Pacha magazine being the dozy mare I am and I was incapable of remembering to do anything on the last 2 days

.

Tuesday night we headed into Ibiza Town to pay for the deposit for the Pacha restaurant for Tom's birthday meal on the Thursday (for big group bookings they now ask for a deposit) and then we met Rob and Rachel in La Brasa and had dinner with them and had a lovely meal there and finished the night off with a few vinos.

Congratulations!!:D
Last year we also had to pay a deposit because of being a large group for dinner!

Thanks Mikkak :D

This was the first year we've had to pay a deposit but it was very straightforward (they just said pay it anytime before the day of the dinner) and I can see why they do it - a lot of fancy restaurants in London take a deposit for large groups and you can see why if they don't show and lose a booking.

same here:they told us: come whenever you have a moment! :D , as we had allready been several times before and never been asked a deposit we were surprised but before I could ask they told me it was because of the large group. No problem at all. I allways enjoyed my dinners at Pacha!!:D
