Why do people insist on bringing babies in the office, if this one doesn't shut up wailing, it's going straight out the window

When I'll have kids I'll come to visit you to show you the joys of my family. Will you babysit them while me and pep have a romantic night out? 8O

i swear they put something in the water at my work. its like a revolving door of pregnant women and new mums. and yeah, they all bring in the babies (at least one every two days) and its carte blanche for every women in the office to down tools to coo over it for half an hour.

Not if you value your babies health and welfare

Oh I know! Someone did that in my old job and everyone was cooing...so annoying!

My office sidekick and I left the room to plan a course of action over a coffee and fag...when we came back in, we tried to put it through the fax machine.

Window! window! window!

I can't think of anything better than pavement baby on a Monday!

Accidents do happen, wouldn't it be a shame if it accidentally climbed onto the window sill and then accidentally fell off  I wonder if they'd give us the day off work as well in case we suffer from post-traumatic shock syndrome

It would be a shame to waste it on just any window.

Can't you offer to go somewhere public and drop it off a pretty London landmark?

I'll bring my camera and it'll help get rid of post holiday blues!

Or do the alternative, get someone famous (weird) to do it....

I don't worry so much about dropping them as I do holding them "the wrong way"... like, if the kid's head is at *this* angle then he/she will snap its neck or develop permanent brain damage or something 8O

When in doubt, throw! ;) What's the worst that can happen?

It can't be worse than disembarking from a plane at Stanstead.
