Is it safe to do atkins and go to the gym

Maybe thats what you smell of jinnit when you sweat but some of us use deodorant!![]()

So you cant even eat good carbs like brown rice after the 2 weeks?

Brown rice is ok.
Main carb source on Atkins is from Porridge, oats, 'brown rice' but also from high volumes of fruit and veg.
Apples are a great source of carbs, but banana's for instance have a VERY high carb content so go easy on the nana's![]()

I know people who did it and experienced the bad breath, tiredness, leg cramps..... how can a diet that does that be good for you?
I have always believed in the simple equation of healthy eating + lots of exercise!
