We got the bus around 18:00 . Had a spot of dinner in Eulalia and a couple of beers
Quick taxi around 20:00 and get amongst the madness

Or do as I did, relocate to a hotel on this part of the island for some nights. I spent three nights at the end of my holidays in Es Canar, not even 10 euros by taxi from Akasha.
While I wouldn't recommend Es Canar anymore, there are many nice places in that part of the island.

A couple of questions if I may, we arrive June 19th and this place actually looks decent. Possibly somewhere the wife would be okay for a couple of hours.
There's a garden area to drink earlier in the day/evening? Still has music playing?
Is there an actual restaurant there as well? Or have I got that completely wrong?
