Basically, im a bit worried about my gut!!!
When I Lived in Manchester i was a member of fitness first and I went 3- 4 times a week and kept myself in pretty good shape.
Since moving to London im now a member of David Lloyd and i go just as regularly, if anything I spend longer when im there because I do 3 or 4 more excercises than when in manchester and across my arms, chest, shoulders & back it's really showing....apart from one thing.....my trousers are getting tighter, i have had to loosen the belt a notch, cant tell if im getting flabby, it seems about the same?? my diet aint changed, if anything im eating more fruit & fresh veg!!!
the only difference is that at my new gym the only abs machines are the "ab roller" things on the floor, where as at old gym it was asit down type thingy with weights & chest pads?? is one better than the other?? is there a right & wrong way to use the rolley thingys??? I suppose you could say the the upper abs are fine, its the lower abs, between navel & ahem area that is a bit "loose"
