_____ new "ushuaïas" in 2013 _____

Last year walking down the PDB beach a group of workers, 2 lads (chinos and vest, standard) and some girl, "what are you guys doing in playa den bossa?, your english" "ah ahhaah between themselves cackling....should be in san an" as they walk off

I was actually looking for some tickets. :(

Was it Johnny & Harry Cokeuptheschnozzer and their crack bitch by any chance ? Sounds like the three of them had had a little too much nose candy to me and forgotten the basics of respect for their fellow man. Muppets.

Anyhow, presumably they were English .. what the feck were they doing there in that case ? Should have been in San An, surely

:(if that happens to playa real. We`ve stayed there alot over the years. nikki beach=what a load of c@ck.

update:

seems like all projects are on hold while the balearic government continues working on the new "general tourist law" which, among lots of other things, will regulate this kind of hotels.....

:!::!:

surprised nobody has guessed yet what club it is . . . . .
Must be Pacha after Danny W's comments on the other thread!
confirmed on today's ultima hora:

 http://ultimahora.es/ibiza/noticia/...compra-del-hotel-the-one-de-cap-martinet.html
it's uncertain if the company will open the establishment under its brand this summer (...). it's possible that during this season the new acquisition of the business group continues to function with its current image and services.

... several projects under study and some more advanced ...
... change of ownership of the hotel ...
... it appears that the buyer could be the owner of a major club on the island ...
scary development that more and more of the island is concentrated
in the hands of very few people :spank:

b4 pacha buys other properties and stuff they should rethink what direction
they want to go with el hotel.
for my taste it´s now just an average tired hotel living on it´s former glory and the "pacha"-name
with ridiculous prices in a terrible location (mini-manhattan, no seaview anymore, etc).

they should tear that ****er down und start from scratch
or turn it into a manumission-hotel

Eivissa, immersed in his new look this season
Projects such as the Ocean Club Ibiza beach club or
hotel The One reform take shape over the weeks

Maria Jose Real | Eivissa | 15/04/2012

The official start of the tourist season approaches, and little by little,
Ibiza is preparing to face a summer full of news.
...
Another project of reform that is underway is the hotel The One,
a complex of 180 rooms and ten suites Mediterranean style Pacha Group
acquired earlier this year to expand its presence on the island hotel .

According to information from the company in two weeks will know more about this project.

Since its acquisition Pacha Group is studying the concept and the services offered by this new hotel,
because the company wants to be a representative hotel of the firm.
The purchase will add to the company's first hotel on the island, Pacha Hotel.

Over the months and the heat of summer, the makeover of the Island is taking shape.

honestly, have people forgotten what bossa was like as little as a few years ago. run down, poor value for money, no quality services.........the changes that have been made and are being made might only be aimed at a certain client (or the perception is that at least) but the impact on the surrounding area is huge..........as other places improve their service too and not only just for the VIP clients.

bars, hotels, restaurants have finally realised that making no invest in product, service or infrastructure does not mean you end up with more profits.

it's a good thing for ibiza what's happening in playa d'en bossa.

amen:)
