dont know about anyone else but gettin to sleep at night at the mo is nightmare. its drivin me mad.
had to be in work at 8am today. there i am wide awake at half 4 completely buzzin off the fact that in less than a week ill be on the island.

thankfully no more work after monday, but its still hard trying to fight the insomnia off. :(

did everyone remember to pick up an E111 form?

just found this out today! its a form that backs up your insurance so if something happens to u they cant turn u away.
its a simple form that u pick up at the post office and get them to stamp before taking it on holiday. quite simple, but would have preferred to know about it before this week! :roll:

its not mandatory, but they travel agents advised us we should have it.

anyway, im sure u guys are alot more prepared than i am, so it'll be fine.



just think in five minutes itll be...

hey just kidding, but i think thats everything ive got to get, just some alcohol at the airport probably, and ive been meaning to buy Coldplays album for a while now so ill probably get that before going away so i can listen to it in my room.

anyone else need to buy any last minute items for going away?

3 Days indeed, and for me that means 25 hours of work, im so excited now, how are we meant to work in these conditions, and the weather here is awful so it just makes me want to get out of this country quicker!!

Think i've got everything now, well apart from a case to put it all in, luckyly i remembered yesterday that mine got ripped last year so hopefully still got time to get one, otherwise its about 30 tesco bags!!
 
30 tesco bags, now that would be a funny scene at the airport. :P

i was thinking about that yesterday too, i suppose it just means we'll appreciate the weather more when we get over there cos itll be SO MUCH BETTER.
 
it could be quite amusing, not sure that i've got quite enough baggage labels though, think im about 28 short!! imagine the check in peoples faces if you handed over a load of carrier bags!!!! how funny!! i might just go with that idea!! :lol:

any idea what the weather is like out there!!
 
wow, i cant wait, by about 4 oclock sunday i should be looking rather pink then, and thats with sitting in the shade!!

What time do you get the sat/sun??
 
im there on the 11.50 flight, so i dont know how long itll be till we get there.
im sure its like an hour and half flight.

i know it sounds a bit feminine, but u should try going to sunbeds.
not for too long though, just to tan slightly so u dont get burnt so easily when u get over there.

3 days!!!! cant believe it.
 
well im on the 11pm flight from Gatwick-London, and thats a 2&1/4 hour flight, so we should get to our hotel about 4 local time with the time difference!! hopefully we can find some bars still open!!

Thought about the sunbeds but really havent had time, the last month has gone so quick!! might squezze in a couple of sessions if poss!!
