sandi, did u see the northern lights (aurora borealis ), i'd love to see them in action.

I went to Iceland a few years ago and saw the Northern Lights, amazing Thought Iceland was a funny old place tho, haven't they got the highest suicide rate in the world which would explain a lot.

I think it's a bit to do with that and it's just so remote, you land at the airport and you think you've landed on the moon, there's literally nothing for miles and miles and you feel so isolated.

Also, the fact that a glass of wine is about £10 might be pushing them over the edge as well

None of the above.

The reduced amount of sunlight you get in far northern regions is known to cause a chemical imbalance in the brain which makes one more prone to depression and therefore suicide.

It was a work jolly so was paid for, do you really think I would choose to go anywhere where wine was rationed like that

i quite like animals, cats are cool (just don't like ones that seem to be possessed), however there is somethin deeply suspicious about owls.
