We could start one yes, where u go swiming though? We go up 2 the uni on a monday nite most weeks, whaen we are there, b4 we o out usually, which defeets the object but hey!! lol

Ah, when u go then? If im feeling indulgent i will go into total fitness, my mate is a member there and can always get free passes some how!! When we go there can do ym, then swim, then a nice relax in there hydro therepy pool, its bliss!! u ever been in there??

Who is speedy? is he one of the lot from last year??
Went on a run 2day, but my poorly knee hurts now, swimimg is the way 4ward, no stress on my poor knee that suger house broke.

I didnt make it to the reunion unfortunatly! was gutted, next year is a 100% yes tho! take care mate.

Yep i agree swimmin is the bets, but it works 97% of the muscles in your body so i tend not to do much....i get ded knackerd lol! (n i call me self a PT haha)

Well you sound like one with ur little facts, lol think u get used to doing diff things though, coz u use diff muscles whaen u do diff stuff. love swiming though!!
Been dead good weather er past few days rite getting me in the mood 4 ibiza!!! just can not wait!!
 
So at the met in july can people that we meet out there come along as well? like people you meet at your hotel and that/ or do they have to be peolpe that are off here?? just dont wanna turn up with a roup of people and em not be invited?
